Helping Hands Hospice

Helping Hands Hospice has been providing end of life care for patients that have been diagnosed with an illness that limits their life expectancy to six months or less. Our goal is to enable our patients to continue to live a pain free life and to manage other symptoms so that their remaining time may be spent with dignity and quality, surrounded by their loved ones. Services:
• Skilled nursing care and aides for terminally ill patients; interdisciplinary team includes MSW
• Spiritual & one-year bereavement
• Pain meds, equipment, supplies (related to diagnosis)
• Respite for caregivers available
