Santa Fe Dreamers Project provides free legal services to immigrants and refugees to promote economic empowerment, community development, family unity, and liberation from detention. Santa Fe Dreamers Project offers legal services in the following areas:
Humanitarian protection for survivors of crime and domestic violence (U Visa, VAWA, T Visa)
Children who have been abandoned or abused by their parents (Special Immigrant Juvenile Status/SIJ)
Family members of US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents who want to apply for family-based residency (Green Cards)
Applications for work authorization
DACA and Citizenship
