Short Description
The Acute Care Hospital is licensed for 25 beds. It consists of a medical-surgical unit, an Intensive Care Unit, an Obstetrics Unit, 2 Operating Rooms, and a 24 hour Emergency Room service. Outpatient diagnostics and specialty care clinics are also available.

Short Description
Colfax Laboratory Services partners with Tricore Labs in order to provide the full-spectrum of outpatient laboratory services for all patients’ lab tests. The lab is located in Springer, NM, but the staff travel all of Colfax County and work with clinics and doctors’ offices on a rotating basis. When the situation calls for it, the staff will also make house calls to homebound patients when they require laboratory tests and services. Hours are Mon-Fri—7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

Short Description
Union County Health Center is UCGH’s hospital-based rural health clinic. The clinic is contracted with most insurance companies. Located adjacent to the hospital, the UCHC Clinic is staffed with five excellent providers and multiple support staff. Because of the clinic location, services like x-rays and lab work are usually available on the same day as an appointment. Please note that the Union County Health Center is not a walk-in clinic.
