RAIN is the intervention network for Colfax County NM which assists in alleviating behavioral health and substance abuse issues that affect the quality of life for individuals and families in our communities.
RAIN seeks to alleviate the effects of behavioral health and substance abuse issues on individuals and families in our communities by addressing the underlying causes and facilitating effective interagency communication within our region.
