Appointments are preferred but walk-in visits are accepted.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Closed 12:00pm-1:00pm)
Many telemedicine services offered. More of a clinic where health provider will come in once a week.
Services offered:
Breast and Cervical Cancer(screenings)
Children's Medical Services (children and youth with special health care needs) by appointment only
Family Planning: Offered Monday – Friday from 8:30 – 11:30 am and 1 pm to 4:30 pm
Harm Reduction: Offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 1-4 pm
Human Immunodeficiency Virus (counseling and testing)
Immunizations (available for children through age 18 and limited for adults)
Sexually Transmitted Diseases (testing and treatment with partner services)
Tuberculosis (treatment)
Vital Records (birth and death certificates) - please call to verify hours
Women, Infants and Children (special supplemental nutrition assistance program)
Women under the age of 35, with or without parental consent, can obtain birth control and the morning after pill.
