The Acute Care Hospital is licensed for 25 beds. It consists of a medical-surgical unit, an Intensive Care Unit, an Obstetrics Unit, 2 Operating Rooms, and a 24 hour Emergency Room service. Outpatient diagnostics and specialty care clinics are also available.

The Cimarron Clinic operates under the South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District (SCCCSHD) and has a staff of one nurse practitioner and one physician's assistant. Hours are: Mon-Fri—8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m (lunch break from 12 p.m.-1p.m.).

Krossroads provides mental health counseling, substance abuse help, and family counseling and therapy. Krossroads also offers medication management, case management, medically assisted treatment, and behavioral health counseling. Krossroads only offers outpatient services.

Miners’ Colfax Medical Center is a 24-hour service agency serving a regional population of approximately 12,000 and staffs about 190 employees.
There is the following staff: 3 Family Medical Doctors, 2 General Surgeons, 2 OB/GYN Providers, 3 Internal Medicine Physicians, 2 Physician’s Assistants, and 1 Nurse Practitioner.

MADD Victim Services is here to provide emotional support but also assistance in a variety of ways after a drunk or drugged driving crash, all at no cost to victims and survivors. MADD has trained victim advocates to provide services across the country. The team of compassionate, victim-focused staff and volunteers are available nationwide 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

A variety of over 180 professional mental and behavioral health staff are available to hear you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The call takers range from professional peer supports to clinical professionals with a master’s degree or higher, and are backed by a robust supervisory team and clinical oversight. NM Crisis Lines are always available to support those in need, offer information and resources, and work to assist those that do not know how to help themselves.

Raton Community Services Corporation (RCS Corp) is a referral agency, currently only offering referrals to existing programs in Raton, NM. There is NO COST for getting a referral. Those interested in getting a referral should contact Peg at the number listed above for referrals and help filling out the appropriate forms.

Springer Long Term Care Facility operates under the South Central Colfax County Special Hospital District (SCCCSHD) and offers long term care 24/7 as a nursing home.

Team Builders Behavioral Health Clayton office provides the following services at this location: comprehensive community support services, individual and family therapy, medication management, psychiatric evaluations, psychosocial assessments, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
Open Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM.

The New Mexico Commission for Deaf & Hard of Hearing provides effective leadership, education, advocacy and programs to reduce barriers to the social, economic, educational, cultural and intellectual well-being of Deaf and Hard of Hearing New Mexicans and their families, friends and colleagues. NMCDHH provides programs and services to over 250,000 people in New Mexico who are Deaf, Deaf-Blind, Hard of Hearing and Late-Deafened and their families, friends, agencies and organizations. Programs and services are categorized into three areas: communication access and development, telecommunications and technical assistance, and public policy and advocacy. Office hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
The Department of Community Advocacy provides advocacy and referrals for transition-related settings, as well as guidance on requesting and receiving accommodations. They also work with professionals from various districts, institutions and agencies to ensure that individuals are receiving appropriate services under federal law, and participate in a variety of transition groups and organizations focused on improving outcomes for post-secondary transition for individuals with disabilities.

Visions strives to provide superior service and the most current information available. Services provided in Colfax and Union counties: DD Waiver Case Management, Mi Via Consulting, and Support Broker services for the Self Direct Community Benefit through Centennial Care. There is Spanish speaking staff on both the DD and Mi Via waivers, but not as of right now for centennial care.
