Short Description
The Rape Crisis Center of Central New Mexico (RCCCNM) provides emotional support and advocacy to survivors of sexual assault and abuse throughout New Mexico, and serves as a community resource on issues regarding prevention and awareness of sexual assault and abuse. Staff and volunteer advocates are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide crisis intervention, support, advocacy and information.

Short Description
Raton Crime Stoppers provides a means for members of the community to anonymously aid law enforcement. Raton Crime Stoppers encourages members of the community to assist local law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime by overcoming the two key elements that inhibit community involvement: fear and apathy. Crime Stoppers provides a telephone number and online secure reporting form to encourage citizens in the community to anonymously volunteer vital information helpful to law enforcement agencies to fight against crime.

Children and families who are homeless, in foster care, or receive TANF or SSI are also eligible for services. Eligibility is determined by Head Start program staff, and some families may be eligible for services if they are determined to be at or below the federal poverty level. Some grantees enroll a percentage of children from families with incomes above the Poverty Guidelines as well. Other factors taken into consideration include: disabilities, family member in the military, and developmental delays.
