Foster Grandparents and Senior Companions connect today's 55 and older adults with the organizations that need them the most. FGP/SCP helps them become mentors, coaches or companions to people in need.
Services:
• Foster Grandparents Program – works one-one-one in a school setting with children with special or exceptional needs.
• Senior Companion Program – serves clients or homebound people aged 21 and older with any type of an identifiable need - shopping, errands,
doctor appointments and companionship.
